With over 15 years of expertise in the construction industry, Kieanna Pinder brings a Standard of Excellence. Kieanna worked in the Utility construction industry controlling the operations of a civil construction company. In 2015 heavy state regulation and certifications made Kieanna realize that flagging and traffic control should no longer be a secondary operation within road construction companies. She then decided to create a professional Traffic Control company that raised the “Standard of Excellence” in the approach to traffic management. This was accomplished using Trained Union workers, with state certifications and an “in house” training approach that was second to none.

Joi Jenkins has worked in the construction industry since 2004 where she began as a third-party administrator for a Laborers’ Health and Welfare fund in Washington D.C. She mastered the remittance process and Union benefit structures. In 2015 Joi joined Key Flagging as the Dispatch coordinator and has risen to the current position of COO.

Arrien has been in the construction industry for 17 years. He started as a Laborer and was promoted into a Project Manager position in 2016. Arrien started with Key Flagging in 2018 as a Site Supervisor. In 2019 Arrien was promoted to Vice President of Logistics which oversee's the AFAD Division for Key Flagging.
